Rejuvenation - Maintenance includes all of the below options:

•Removal of dirt, oils and toxins from the wig cap 
•Minor Detangling
•Deep condition and treatment
•Hydrating shampoo cleanse
•Restore wig to original pattern
•Apple cider vinegar soak (as needed)
•Lace cleaning
•Glue buildup removal
•Special serums and oils
•Styling and parting as desired (requested)

*Turn over time of 5 - 8 business days after your unit is received

• Due to the quality of our products, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Non-sale items are subjected to 30 days return, in the same packaging and condition as received.
• All custom wig orders are FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES unless there was a mistake on our end.

• Returns are only offered if you received the wrong items.
• If a return is approved, you will be provided with a return label. Please be sure to ship out your item(s) within 2 - 5 business days of receiving your return label. If the tracking number does not show the package has been received by the carrier within 5 business days, your return will be voided. We will not issue a refund on the item(s).
