Exotic S Collection offers Wig Reconstruction service. This service is good when a wig is damaged, worn out, or needs to be altered to fit a new customer’s head size or shape. Wig reconstruction involves replacing the cap material, adding new hair, and styling the wig on a mesh done cap to match the customer’s desired look.

Wig Guidelines

• Wig must be clean and labeled with length
• Human, Virgin and Raw hair ONLY.

*Please be aware that if the hair does not adhere to our standards after being received and inspected, we reserve the right to return your bundles, lace, wigs and refund your service charge.

 

After Purchase

• Make sure your hair is mailed out within 72 hours of making your purchase
• Make sure you get a tracking number when you mail your package
• Respond to your order confirmation email with your tracking number
• Once we receive your package, we will inform you
• The 5 - 14 business days turnover will then begin
• Once your unit is completed, you will receive an email with your tracking number
• Your package will then be shipped out

How to Send in Your Hair

• If you are local, you can drop off your hair to me (a public location to meet up, if desired or the address will be given within 24 hours of purchasing via email)

• If a return is approved, you will be provided with a return label. Please be sure to ship out your item(s) within 2 - 5 business days of receiving your return label.
