Exotic S Collection offers Bring Your Own Bundles (BYOB). This service is great for those who would like a glue-less custom wig made but would like to provide their own hair.

*You provide the hair and Exotic S Collection construct the wig based on your request.

*Turnover time of  5 - 14 business days after hair is received, processing time begins the following business day of hair arrival.

Wig Guidelines

• Wig/Bundles must be clean, thread free and labeled with length
• Advised to use new lace. Gently worn lace is accepted.
• Human, Virgin and Raw hair ONLY.

*Please be aware that if the hair does not adhere to our standards after being received and inspected, we reserve the right to return your bundles, lace, and refund your service charge.

After Purchase

•Make sure your hair is mailed out within 72 hours of making your purchase
•Make sure you get a tracking number when you mail your package
•Respond to your order confirmation email with your tracking number
•Once we receive your package, we will inform you
•The 5 - 14 business days turnover will then begin
•Once your unit is completed, you will receive an email with your tracking number
•Your package will then be shipped out

How to Send in Your Hair

• If you are local, you can drop off your hair to me (a public location to meet up, if desired or the address will be given within 24 hours of purchasing)

• Due to the quality of our products, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Non-sale items are subjected to 30 days return, in the same packaging and condition as received.

• If a return is approved, you will be provided with a return label. Please be sure to ship out your item(s) within 2 - 5 business days of receiving your return label.
